Reynold's Point of View.
I had to discuss our current situation with my wife, Erlinda Luna. I got up from my throne and walked to our room, where I saw her seated by the window, gazing up at the stars. "Erlinda," I called out as I approached her.
She turned to face me and asked, "Reynold, are you okay? You seem agitated."
I took her hand and led her to the nearby couch.
In a serious tone, I said, "We need to talk."
Erlinda's expression turned worried. "Is it about our situation?"
I nodded. "Yes. We discussed the possibility of surrogacy during a recent meeting with the advisors."
Erlinda's eyes widened in shock. "A surrogate?"
I interrupted her and said, "Yes, but Erlinda, we need to find a replacement. Our pack's future depends on it."
Erlinda's face looked sad as she cast a downward glance. "I am aware," she said. "I wish we could have a child together. I am incredibly pleased to see our pack flourishing and prospering."
I took her hand and gave it a light squeeze. "Erlinda, you do bring me joy. All I want is to see you happy. However, we need to consider our options."
Erlinda nodded slowly, tears welling up in her eyes. "But what if something goes wrong? That worries me. What if the surrogate decides to keep the child?"
I tightened my grip on her hand. "Erlinda, I won't let anything happen to our pack. I'll find a reliable substitute for us."
With a look of confidence in her eyes, Erlinda raised her gaze to mine. "I believe in you, Reynold. But who will you choose? And how can we ensure she won't cause any trouble?"
I took a deep breath, ready for the difficult conversation ahead. "Erlinda, I have been thinking about this for a while, and I have found the perfect replacement."
Erlinda looked at me, startled, and her eyes widened. "Who?"
I hesitated for a moment, unsure of how Erlinda would react. "Amara."
Erlinda's eyes widened even more. "Amara? But why her?"
"It's true," I interjected. "However, she is a strong she-wolf. I believe she would make a wonderful surrogate. I have a positive impression of her. I don't think she would do anything to harm our pack, at least from what I understand."
Erlinda looked down, contemplating the situation.
"I understand. How can we ensure she doesn't become too attached to the child?"
Taking a deep breath, I realized that this was the crux of the matter. "We need to make it clear to her that the child is not hers. She is simply acting as a carrier for us. We will have to monitor her closely to ensure she doesn't form any unhealthy attachments."
Erlinda hesitated to agree, but her concern was evident. "I see. That's a risky approach, Reynold. However, I have confidence in you and know that you'll go above and beyond to safeguard our pack."
I told Luna how much I loved her, grinning. "Much obliged, Erlinda. That means so much to me; you have no clue."
Erlinda gave me a smile in return, with love shining in her eyes. "I'll support you, Reynold; I always do."
I bent down to give Erlinda a soft peck on the forehead as a token of my appreciation for her steadfast support. "I'm grateful, my dear. We'll work together to overcome this." Erlinda leaned into my arms and nodded.
"I'm confident that we will. But make me a promise, Reynold."
"Anything. Just tell me."
"Assure me that you'll move cautiously and that you won't take any needless chances." Her tone betrayed her concern.
I drew away to meet her eyes. "Erlinda, I swear to you. I promise not to take any actions that could endanger our pack. I'll monitor everything with utmost care and caution."
Erlinda nodded, a tiny smile lighting up her cheeks. "I've never been disappointed by you before, Reynold; therefore, I believe in you."
I took Erlinda's hand and planted a sweet kiss on it. "I'll never be successful. My priority is you and our pack."
My love and support brought solace to Erlinda, and she leaned in for a gentle kiss. For a moment, we sat in silence, savoring each other's company and the warmth of our love.
Breaking the silence, I said, "Erlinda, I'm going to need your help. Amara needs to understand how serious this issue is."
Erlinda nodded solemnly. "I know. I'll do everything in my power to ensure this surrogacy is successful."
I gave her a warm smile and expressed my gratitude for her unwavering dedication to our pack.
"I'm grateful, Erlinda. Together, we can figure this out."
As we discussed the practicalities of surrogacy and planned our next steps, hope began to blossom within me. I believed we had the fortitude to withstand the challenges. I resolved to work closely with Erlinda to find a way to preserve the existence and heritage of our pack.
The next day, when the newcomer entered the room, I stood up and focused all my attention on her. Amara's cheeks flushed as soon as our eyes met, and I felt a strange pull toward her.
“Thank you, Amara," I said, expressing my gratitude for her presence. I spoke quietly and firmly to her.
Amara nodded, acknowledging that she understood why she was nervous and reaffirming her determination to leave a positive impression.
"Naturally, Alpha. Being a part of this is an honor for me."
I acknowledged them with a nod, then returned my focus to my advisors.
"None of you should be surprised that our pack is searching for a surrogate to carry one of our offspring. She-wolves who are eager to volunteer have shown a lot of interest, but I've already made up my mind."
My eyes refocused on Amara, and her heartbeat quickened. I knew for a fact that Amara was the one; she had a pretty face, a healthy body, and sincere dedication. The baby will be carried by her, and she is determined.
Amara was so happy and proud right now that she was having a hard time controlling her emotions. It was difficult for her to believe that the Alpha and his Luna bride had chosen her to share in the early years of their regal family's development.
"Thank you, Alpha."
I nodded at her before turning back to my advisors. "Before we proceed, let's ensure that Amara is fully prepared for this. It will be our responsibility to meet all her requirements as she explores all possibilities."
Being born healthy, it would be her duty to ensure that many years passed before she achieved her goal. She would strive to ensure the child's success and the happiness of the Alpha and his family, making every effort to ensure the success of this surrogacy.
She had assisted her with packing earlier in the meeting. Amara couldn't help but smile as she left the conference, feeling honored beyond her wildest expectations and grateful for the opportunity to support the royal family. As she prepared to take on the surrogate role for the Alpha family, she felt joy and excitement welling up inside her.
Amara felt a sense of accomplishment as the conference came to an end. Because of the Alpha's extreme concern and attention, she felt appreciated and cared for. I monitored her well-being, making sure to follow all instructions.
As the Alpha spoke, Amara experienced a strange feeling.

Amara's Point of View.
In the days leading up to the procedure, I prepared myself both physically and mentally. I diligently followed the doctor's instructions, avoiding certain foods and exercises to ensure my body was ready.
On the day of treatment, I experienced a variety of emotions. I was filled with nerves and determination as I arrived at the Packhouse clinic. The Alpha greeted me at the door with a warm and comforting smile, putting me at ease.
"How are you feeling, Amara?" he asked.
I tried to appear calm as I replied, "I'm a little nervous, but I'm fully prepared."
Members of the medical staff in white lab coats, carrying various equipment, met me inside the building after the Alpha nodded and guided me.
The surgery itself was simple and quick. The medical team had prepared Alpha's sperm in advance, and I was relieved when it was all over, grateful for the progress we had made towards our goal.
After the procedure, he sent me back to my chamber in the pack house, advising me to rest and take it gently over the next few days. He assured me that he would handle any pack-related matters that arose.
I'm recovering. In my room in the days following the procedure, I couldn't help but worry about what the future held, despite the Alpha's reassurances.

A few days later, the Alpha sent me a message asking us to meet at a remote spot along the shore, just outside the city boundaries, at nine o'clock at night, when the moon was fullest. I was excited and nervous about meeting the Alpha in such a secret place. I had never been by his side before, and the idea of spending time with him outside of the pack home made me both excited and nervous.
As the evening progressed, The level of anxiety gradually increased. It took me hours to get dressed, which included doing my makeup and hair just right and changing into different clothes. When the timer went off at nine, I made my way to the location the Alpha had specified.
As the sun was setting, I finally reached the coast, with the moon rising and the sea glowing softly. Upon arrival, I saw the Alpha standing by the water's edge, gazing out over the ocean. He turned to face me as I approached, his eyes sparkling in the moonlight.
"Hello, Amara," he greeted me in a quiet, elegant voice. The Alpha gestured towards a blanket spread out over the nearby dunes. "Please, take a seat."
I lay down on the blanket and felt the sand's warmth against my skin.
The Alpha settled into his seat beside me and met my eyes.
"I desired to meet you here, away from the pack house," he said. "I wanted to talk to you with no interruptions or distractions."
I began to feel a growing sensation of anticipation. I wanted to know what Alpha wanted to talk to me about. With his eyes never leaving mine, the Alpha said, "Amara, there is something I wish to convey to you. I have not shared this information with anyone else."
The intensity of his gaze sent a shiver down my spine. I was positive that I would always remember this event.
I whispered back, barely audible, "I'm listening."
"I'm grateful you're here, Amara," he stated sternly.
I agreed, and then I was overcome with a feeling of unease. Though I didn't know what the Alpha would talk about, I knew it was important.
"Something that has occupied my thoughts for some time."
My heartbeat quickened inside my chest as I waited for him to say more.
"We are all involved in this together," he stated, gesturing between us. "I want to set us up with a solid foundation, honesty, and trust."
I felt a wave of relief wash over me as I nodded. This was something I could understand and relate to.
I whispered, "I agree."
With his eyes fixed, the alpha approached me. "Amara, I need to tell you something. I've been keeping a secret from you."
My heart raced as I anxiously waited for him to reveal more. I had no clue what he might be hiding.
"When we first met," he spoke in a hushed tone, "I felt a connection to you. Something beyond my understanding."
His words made my cheeks flush. Though I had sensed a similar connection, I dismissed it as a figment of my imagination.
"And I, Amara, want to explore that connection further," he continued, maintaining eye contact. "I'm eager to learn. I would like to learn more about you personally. His words left me both surprised and excited. I didn't know what he meant by "getting to know me better," but I felt a surge of anticipation in my chest.
"I'm not sure I understand," I stammered.
Alpha moved closer, gently tucking a stray lock of hair behind my ear. “Amara, I would like to take you on a date. Let's explore our potential together.
His words made my throat constrict. A date? With the Alpha? It felt like a dream slipping into my reality.
“All right," I whispered back,
With wrinkles in the corners of his eyes, the Alpha grinned. He took a deep breath before continuing. "Amara, I just wanted to let you know that you've been on my mind a lot lately. I've chosen you out of the crowd since then because you sparkle like a gem and catch my eye."
My hands trembled, and the air that normally flows through my curly, gray hair vanished the moment I heard him say those words of confession. His intended purpose had nothing to do with going on a dinner date. It was not what I had anticipated hearing, and I thought maybe that was why he felt the need to talk to me in this private place, just the two of us, apart from the herd.
"I don't know what to say right now, Alpha, but I'd like to confirm if you are indeed in your right mind. Are you?" As I gently patted his forehead, I inquired if he might be suffering from a fever or something similar.
It would be foolish to expect too much from a wolf that isn't even mine, and our social statuses cannot be further apart. As alpha wolves and she-wolves in the pack, we are completely different and have nothing in common.
As I caressed his forehead, he gave me a small smile and met my gaze. His eyes were filled with joy.
He asserted, "I'm not sick or anything; I am in my right mind, and I can confirm that I said it in front of you, and you are not mishearing me." "I want you," he continued.
My mind races so quickly that I lose control; it has consumed me with numerous questions, contemplating the dire repercussions that could arise from succumbing to this forbidden love—a love that one should not pursue.
I started to say, "However, Alpha, that is," but he cut me off.
"I know, no need to mention it."
I'm sorry for my current haughtiness; I know it's wrong to expect you to feel the same way about me because I'm the Alpha King and I have a consort named the Queen.
"All I am doing is getting over it and finding some mental peace," he said.
His emotions subsided, and his devastation became immediately apparent. I'm regulating my emotions to avoid jeopardizing them, particularly by refraining from revealing my sanity to him, despite my deep-seated desire to express my undying desire for him. I took a deep breath and released it. I could hear the ocean's waves, and the wind was sending chills down my spine.
"Alpha, the sentiment is the same. I requested to see you immediately after my examinations, and I also asked the doctor about this matter. His response, 'You should not be concerned because it is a professional agreement and my sole aim is to have your child,' made me feel ashamed. However, I felt powerless and chose to remain silent.
"I want to meet you again tomorrow; I don't want to spoil this moment," he said. "Can I take you on a date?"
I was overwhelmed with disbelief as the Alpha's words sank into my consciousness. Was he going to set us up on a date? There was almost too much to process. But when I looked into his eyes, I saw sincerity and determination. He genuinely wanted something, so it wasn't a pointless request.
"When?" I tried to keep my voice steady as I asked.
With his palm still gently resting on my cheek, he whispered, "Tomorrow evening. I'll come to your room at 8 p.m. to escort you to dinner."
I nodded in disbelief. "Okay, I'll be ready."
The Alpha moved his hand away from my face and stepped back. "Good," Amara said. "I am looking forward to it very much."
As he was about to leave, I called out to him. "Alpha?"
His eyebrows raised in curiosity, and he looked back at me.
"All I want to say is... thank you. For choosing me as your surrogate."
The Alpha smiled, his expression full of genuine sincerity. "I'm excited to have you as my surrogate, Amara. I look forward to getting to know you better."
Then he turned and walked away, leaving me alone on the beach.
A mix of anticipation and nervousness washed over me as I watched him go. I had never been on a date, let alone with Alpha.
Despite my initial doubts, I knew the likelihood of my hopes coming true was slim. The Alpha was married to his Luna, Erlinda, and I was merely filling in for her. Yet, a glimmer of hope persisted within me. The following day passed in a whirlwind of nerves and anticipation. I spent hours deliberating over my outfit as I got ready, feeling a mix of excitement and anxiety. Just as I was preparing, Alpha entered my room.
His dark hair slicked back and his eyes brimming with eagerness, he looked striking in his formal attire. Leading me out of the pack home, I was both surprised and thrilled to realize that I was going on a date with the Alpha. Upon reaching the city center, we dined at an upscale restaurant. After our meal, The Alpha escorted me to the harbor, where a grand yacht awaited. Assisting me on board, he greeted me warmly and gestured for me to join him on the deck.
The yacht was magnificent, boasting a spacious living room, a softly lit dining area, and a modern galley. The magical experience captivated me as we sailed into the water. Under the gentle light of the full moon, we indulged in fresh seafood and champagne. The Alpha regaled me with tales of his past and aspirations for the future, exuding energy and charm throughout the evening.
As the night progressed, my guard gradually lowered. I felt more than just a substitute; I felt a genuine connection with him. For the first time, the Alpha made me feel special and truly understood. As our dinner concluded, the Alpha arose from his seat and extended his hand.
"Come with me," he whispered softly.
